New / potential network associate gets preliminary information from corporate website, advertisement, word of mouth or a nearby Falconhouse Grammar schools.
Relationship manager gives a details presentation to potential network associate.
STEP # 03 Upon satisfaction – a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between the potential network associate and Falconhouse Grammar School for area.
Potential network associate short list buildings for school..
Quality Assurance team visits the proposed school building and vicinity. Post Contract Consultancy Brief is given to potential NWA.
QA visits the school to inspect all the SOP’s followed by the associate member.
Upon satisfaction, the potential NWA is liable to pay remaining franchise fee..
Agreement is signed.
This converts the potential network associate into an NAM.
